WELCOME TO GALVIN BAY!

TO HELP MAKE EVERYONE'S STAY ENJOYABLE WE HAVE OUTLINED INFORMATION FOR CAMPERS OF ALL AGES:

1. Store and Office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday to Thursday and 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

2. Recycling is essential. Garbage must be sorted and put in the appropriate containers. Cans need to be taken out of

plastic bags.

3. The activities schedule will be created by the "Activities Committee" and written on the white board.

4. Phone messages are posted on the front door of the store.

5. The "Honey Wagon" goes around Wednesdays and Sundays. Sign up for service in the office.

6. If you need storage please ask at the office.

7. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Campsite check out is 1:00 p.m.

Check out is 10:00 a.m. for rentals.

8. Pool and Hot Tub hours are 10:00 a.m. to 9 p.m.

9. Gym is available.

10. QUIET TIME IS 11:00 p.m. every night.

RULES: All Campers and Guests

1. Register at the office upon arrival and departure.

2. May not cut the natural vegetation or vandalize the resort in any way.

3. Limit the number of people per site to 2 adults and 3 children. We allow for a popup tent on your site but no tent trailer or trailer.

4. No decks of any kind or outside fridge allowed.

5. Sort recycling and garbage in the appropriate containers. No outside garbage allowed. You may get unwanted visitors.

6. Leave campsite or rental clean and free of garbage.

7. Make sure campfire is out before you go in.

8. Refrain from making any unnecessary noise between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.

9. RVs or vehicles can be moved by resort without notice or liability.

10. Must be 18 yrs of age or more to use the gym.

11. Maintain pets on a leash at all times and clean up after them.

12. Pets are not allowed in the Office / Store.

13. Will use resort facilities at their own risk.

14. Kitchen is not for campers or members. Kitchen is reserved.

15. Will be held liable for any damage to resort property.

16. Please respect other people's sites. Use road for walking around.

17. Speed limit is 10 miles MAX per hour on the park.

18. Accompany children under 16 yrs of age after 10 pm, except at chaperoned functions.

19. No towels or laundry out to dry on clotheslines, or other devices.

20. Will not wash or repair automobiles, trucks, or RVs on the park.

21. Will not advertise for sale or solicit for any product without the express permission of management.

22. Will assume all risks associated with fishing and swimming. The buddy system is strongly suggested at all times.

23. NO JUMPING or RUNNING in pool area. Please respect each other in pool and spa.

24. Members and guests must accompany all children under the age of 12 while swimming. Observe all posted regulations at the pool

25. Will not bring wood into the park, due to the Asian Horned Beetle infestation.

Families with children:

Please review the following with all your children prior to camping to ensure your visit with us is pleasurable, safe and without incident.

1. No bikes are allowed on the deck of the clubhouse.

2. All children under the age of 12 must have adult supervision while using the pool and abide by all pool rules. The pool is for all members therefore when using the pool, please respect other people's space. NO DIVING, RUNNING OR JUMPING.

3. As per Health Unit, children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the spa unless supervised by a person who is 16 years of age or older.

4. Golf carts are not allowed.

5. All children are permitted to use the sports equipment as long as they bring them back to the office.

6. No children under the age of 16 are permitted to use the kayaks or canoes unless accompanies by adults.

7. All children must be on their own sites nightly by 11:00 p.m. unless accompanied by adults.

8. Use of profanity or bullying will not be tolerated.

9. Bathrooms / Showers are not playrooms.

10. Damage to Galvin Bay Park Resort property or any equipment will result in the family replacing or repairing.

We want all our Campers to enjoy the park, have fun and create life long memories. Campers who break these rules could be banned from the park.
